Professional Background
Stephanie Jordan, APRN, is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of clinical experience caring for patients across a wide range of cardiovascular settings. Her background includes cardiovascular acute care, cardiovascular surgery, hospitalist medicine, heart failure management, emergency cardiac care, and interventional cardiology.
Stephanie is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered cardiovascular care through evidence-based and guideline-directed treatment strategies. She works closely with each patient to develop individualized care plans focused on improving heart health, managing chronic cardiovascular conditions, and enhancing overall quality of life.
Her clinical interests include hypertension management, preventive cardiology, comprehensive cardiovascular care, and heart failure management. She is passionate about helping patients understand their conditions and empowering them to take an active role in their health journey.
Stephanie earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Otterbein University and completed her Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification through Ursuline University. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She also maintains certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
