Renee Schafer is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, board-certified in Adult Gerontology Primary Care by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Her area of interest is treating older patients, and she has many years of experience in that field. Renee graduated from the University of South Florida in 2018 with a Master’s of Science in Nursing with a specialty in Adult Gerontology Primary Care. She previously earned an Associate’s in Nursing and a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the College of Central Florida. Renee worked from 2008-2018 at The Villages Regional Hospital, was a licensed practical nurse from 2006-2010, and worked as a nurse’s assistant from 2004-2006 at rehabilitation centers in Citrus and Marion counties.
